High Beam Assist (HBA) indicator light

Hyundai Ioniq. Warning Light

This indicator light illuminates :

  • When the high-beam is on with the light switch in the AUTO light position.
  • If your vehicle detects oncoming or preceding vehicles, the High Beam Assist (HBA) system will switch the high beam to low beam automatically.

Exterior Light Warning Light

This warning light illuminates:

• When one of the exterior bulbs (headlamp, tail lamp, fog lamp, etc.) is not operating properly. One of the bulbs may need to be replaced.

Information

Make sure to replace the burned out bulb with a new one of the same wattage rating.

LED Headlight Warning Light

This warning light illuminates:

  • When you place the Engine Start/ Stop button to the ON position.
  • When there is a malfunction with the LED headlight. In this case, have the vehicle inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.

This warning light blinks:

  • When there is a malfunction with a LED headlight related part. In this case, have the vehicle inspected by an authorized HYUNDAI dealer.

NOTICE

Continuous driving with the LED Headlight Warning Light on or blinking can reduce LED headlight life.

    Turn Signal Indicator Light This indicator light blinks: • When you operate the turn signal indicator light. If any of the following occurs, there may be a malfunction with the turn signal system.

    Cruise Indicator Light This indicator light illuminates: • When the cruise control system is enabled. Cruise SET Indicator Light This indicator light illuminates: • When the cruise control speed is set.

    Replacement1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2.Remove the heater and blower assembly.(Refer to Heater - "Heater Unit") 3.Loosen the mounting screws and remove the driver's temperature control actuator (A).4.Remove the heater core cover (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

    Self Diagnosis1.Self-diagnosis process.    â€¢ When operating the self-diagnostics, the below fault (self-diagnostics code) will blink at 0.5 seconds interval on the temperature display settings (driver's side only) and the remaining symbols are OFF .
