Door handle lamp (if equipped)
When all the doors (and liftgate) are closed and locked, the door handle lamp will come on for about 15 seconds if any of the below is performed.
Headlamp and parking lamp
When the headlamp (with the lamp switch in the headlamp or AUTO position) is on and all doors (and trunk) are locked and closed, the parking lamp and headlamp will come on for 15 seconds when the door unlock button is pressed on the smart key.
At this time, if you press the door lock or unlock button on the smart key the parking lamp and headlamp will turn off immediately.
You can activate or deactivate the Welcome Light from the User Settings mode on the LCD display.
Interior lamp
When the interior lamp switch is in the DOOR position and all doors (and tailgate) are closed and locked, the room lamp will come on for 30 seconds if any of the below is performed.
At this time, if you press the door lock or unlock button, the room lamp will turn off immediately.
The luggage compartment lamp comes on when the liftgate is opened. NOTICE The luggage compartment lamp comes on as long as the liftgate is open. To prevent unnecessary charging system drain, close the liftgate securely after using the luggage compartment.

Diagnosis With GDS1.The heating, ventilation and air conditioning can be quickly diagnosed failed parts with vehicle diagnostic system (GDS).※ The diagnostic system (GDS) provides the following information.(1) Self diagnosis : Checking the failure code (DTC) and display.
Inspection1.Turn the ignition switch OFF.2.Disconnect the mode control actuator connector.3.Verify that the mode control actuator operates to the defrost mode when connecting 12V to terminal 3 and grounding terminal 4.Verify that the mode control actuator operates to the vent mode when connected in reverse.
