Replacement
1.
Remove the rear seat cushion assembly.
(Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Cushion Assembly")
2.
Loosen the mounting bolt, remove the rear seat belt buckle (A).
[LH]
Tightening torque :
39.2 - 53.9 N.m (4.0 - 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 - 39.8 lb-ft)

[RH]
Tightening torque :
39.2 - 53.9 N.m (4.0 - 5.5 kgf.m, 28.9 - 39.8 lb-ft)

3.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
   
•
The buckle and tongue of different types are impossible to be latched, so check that the buckle & tongue have the same types.
•
Distinguish the rear side seat buckle from the center seat buckle before latching.
•
If foreign materials are stuck in the inside button of buckle, it may cause interference during the latching process, leading to a functional problem (for example- beverages (viscous drinks), toothpicks, sand, plastic, vinyl, metal pieces, etc.)
•
After latching the buckle and tongue, check the fastening force using a Push-Pull Gauge (fastening force: 3kgf or less).

    Replacement    When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver or use a prying trim tool, wrap it with protective tape, and apply protective tape around the related parts, to prevent damage.1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.2.Recover the refrigerant with a recovery / recycling / charging station.
