Adjustment
1.
After loosening the hinge (A) mounting bolt, adjust the hood (B) by moving it up and down or from side to side and tighten the bolt.
2.
Adjust the hood height by moving the hood overslam bumpers (C) up and down.
3.
After loosening the hood latch (D) mounting bolts, adjust the latch by moving it up and down or from side to side.

    Inspection1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.2.Remove the crash pad lower panel.(Refer to Body - "Crash Pad Lower Panel")3.Remove the lower crash pad switch assembly (A) after disengaging the mounting clip.4.Remove the rheostat switch connector (A).

    Removal1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.2.Remove the front / rear bumper cover.(Refer to Body - "Front Bumper Cover")(Refer to Body - "Rear Bumper Cover")3.Disconnect the connector (A) from the parking assist sensor.4.Remove the sensor (A) by pulling out both ends of the sensor holder.
