| Supplemental Restraint System Control Module (SRSCM) determines whether and when to deploy air bag module, seat belt pretensioner (BPT) and emergency fastenig device (EFD). |

| It supplies the air bag module with the power required to deploy the module or the BPT and EFD. |

| It also performs self-diagnosis function of the supplemental restraint system. |

Except when performing electrical inspections, always turn the ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative cable from the battery, and wait at least three minutes before beginning work...
1. After driving approximately 4~6 miles (7~10 km or about 10 minutes), stop
at a safe location.
2. Connect the filling hose (3) directly into the compressor.
3. Connect the other end of the filling hose (3) directly into the tire valve.
4. Plug the compressor power cord (4) into the vehicle power outlet...

Adjust the steering wheel so it points toward your chest, not toward your face.
Make sure you can see the instrument cluster warning lights and gauges. After adjusting,
push the steering wheel both up and down to be certain it is locked in position.
Always adjust the position of the steering wheel before driving.

control resulting in an accident.
