Function of Safety Power WindowWhen driver door power window auto-up switch is operated, safety function is activated.1.Safety function conditionWhen detect the force of 100N (using the 10N/mm spring) during the window rising, window is reversed.

Inspection1.Turn the ignition switch OFF.2.Disconnect the mode control actuator connector.3.Verify that the mode control actuator operates to the defrost mode when connecting 12V to terminal 3 and grounding terminal 4.Verify that the mode control actuator operates to the vent mode when connected in reverse.

Inspection1.Connect the battery voltage and check the blower motor rotation.2.If the blower motor does not operate well, substitute with a known-good blower motor and check for proper operation.3.Replace the blower motor if it is proved that there is a problem with it.
