Removal
1.
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
2.
separate the overhead console (A) from the roof trim after loosening the mounting screws.

3.
Remove the overhead console (A) after disconnecting the connector (A)

Installation
1.
Install the overhead console assembly after connecting the connector.
2.
Connect the negative (-) battery terminal.

    Replacement1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2.Remove the heater and blower assembly.(Refer to Heater - "Heater Unit") 3.Loosen the mounting screws and remove the driver's temperature control actuator (A).4.Remove the heater core cover (A) after loosening the mounting screws.

    Inspection1.Turn the ignition switch OFF.2.Disconnect the mode control actuator connector.3.Verify that the mode control actuator operates to the defrost mode when connecting 12V to terminal 3 and grounding terminal 4.Verify that the mode control actuator operates to the vent mode when connected in reverse.
