The high-voltage battery cooling duct is located on the left side of the rear seats.
The cooling duct cools down the high-voltage battery. When the highvoltage battery cooling duct is blocked, the high-voltage battery may be overheated and the vehicle performance may become limited and set a hybrid warning lamp. Do not obstruct the cooling duct with any other objects.

Information
Clean the cooling duct for the hybrid battery with a dry cloth on a regular basis.
DANGER Never touch the safety plug.The safety plug is attached to high voltage hybrid battery system. Touching the safety plug will result in death or serious injury.
WARNING For your safety, do not touch high voltage cables, connectors and package modules. High voltage components are orange in color. Exposed cables or wires may be visible inside or outside of the vehicle.

Removal1.Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.2.Remove the front / rear bumper cover.(Refer to Body - "Front Bumper Cover")(Refer to Body - "Rear Bumper Cover")3.Disconnect the connector (A) from the parking assist sensor.4.Remove the sensor (A) by pulling out both ends of the sensor holder.
