Removal and Installation1.Remove the drive belt.(Refer to Timing System - "Drive Belt")2.Remove the mechanical tensioner (A). Tightening torque : 18.
Removal and Installation1.Remove the passenger seat RH front tire.(Refer to Suspension System - "Wheel")2. Remove the engine room under cover.(Refer to Engine and Transaxle Assembly - "Engine Room Under Cover")3.

Inspection1.Turn the ignition switch OFF.2.Disconnect the temperature control actuator connector.3.Verify that the temperature control actuator operates to the cool position when connecting 12V to terminal 3 and grounding terminal 7.Verify that the temperature control actuator operates to the warm position when connected in reverse.
