Replacement
   
•
When removing the fender, wrap protective tape around a screwdriver or remover not to damage components
•
Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries
   
•
When removing the clips, use a clip remover.
1.
Remove the front bumper.
(Refer to Front Bumper - "Front Bumper Cover")
2.
Remove the head lamps.
(Refer to Body Electrical System - "Head Lamps")
3.
Remove the front wheel guard.
(Refer to Body Side Molding - "Front Wheel Guard")
4.
Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the delta garnish (A).

5.
Remove the front bumper side mounthing bracket (A) after loosening the bolts.

6.
After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the fender assembly (A).
Tightening torque :
7.8 - 11.8 N.m (0.8 - 1.2 kgf.m, 5.8 - 8.7 lb-ft)

7.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
   
•
Make sure the connector is plugged in properly.
•
Replace any damaged clips (or pin-type retainers).

    Inspection    â€¢ Before measuring the pressure of the refriferant line, check whether the refrigerant amount is charged in accordance with the specified charging amount.(Refer to Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning - "Specifications")1.
