DescriptionThe smart cruise control system allows a driver to program the vehicle to control the speed and following distance by detecting the vehicle ahead without depressing the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal.
DescriptionThe smart cruise control unit is installed on the front right side of the chassis. A radar sensor is embedded in the front section of the unit. This sensor detects vehicles and objects in front of the vehicle. The radar sensor can detect up to 64 objects ahead of a vehicle.
Removal1.Remove the front bumper.(Refer to Body - "Front Bumper")2.Disconnect the smart cruise control unit connector (A).3.Remove the smart cruise control nuit assembly (B) from thevehicle after loosening mounting bolts.Installation1.Install in the reverse order of removal.
