| 1. | Using a remover and remove the cluster fascia upper garnish (A).
|
| 2. | Remove the crash pad lower panel. (Refer to Crash Pad - "Crash Pad Lower Panel") |
| 3. | Loosen the mounting screw and remove the crash pad side garnish [LH] (A).
|
| 4. | Press the lock pin and separate the crash pad side garnish connector (A).
|
| 5. | Looseh the mounting screws and remove the cluster fascia panel (A).
|
| 6. | To install, reverse the removal procedure.

| 1. | Remove the crash pad lower panel. (Refer to Crash Pad - "Crash Pad Lower Panel") |
| 2. | Loosen the mounting screws by turning the steering wheel to the left and right, and remove the steering column shroud lower panel (A).

Inspection1.Turn the ignition switch OFF. 2.Disconnect the auto defogging connector. 3.Verify that the auto defogging actuator operates to the open position when connecting 12V to terminal 3 and grounding terminal 4. Verify that the auto defogging actuator operates to the close position when connected in reverse.
