| Inspection |
| 1. | Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
| 2. | Open the sunglass case cover from the overhead console and remove the 2 screws holding the overhead console. Disconnect the switch connector and Map lamp connector, and then remove the overhead console lamp (A).

| 3. | Check for continuity between the terminals.

DescriptionThe smart cruise control unit is installed on the front right side of the chassis. A radar sensor is embedded in the front section of the unit. This sensor detects vehicles and objects in front of the vehicle. The radar sensor can detect up to 64 objects ahead of a vehicle.
Cruise ControlThe cruise control system is engaged by the cruise "ON/OFF" main switch located on right of steering wheel column. The system has the capability to cruise, coast, accelerate and resume speed.It also has a safety interrupt, engaged upon depressing brake or shifting select lever.
